| The body is made out of 7ply exterior BCX pine plywood instead of the standard 5ply, and has many hand carved details. Hand turned hose reels and extinguishers, and brass hand railings. A protective layer of exterior acrylic paint is sprayed inside and out and then realistic details are added. After the detail painting is done, it's finished with multiple coats of exterior polyurethane to ensure that it will withstand the elements for many years. |
